Health Benefits of Pittapapada
Treats Vomiting
An imbalance of the three doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha Dosha, leads to vomiting. This imbalance of dosha is brought on by a variety of eating habits, including consuming an excessive amount of foods that are Teekshna (sharp), Kashaya (pungent), Amla (sour), Vidahi (burning), Guru (heavy and greasy foods), Ati-Sheeta (cold foods), and Apakwa Ahaara (raw/uncooked in nature). As a result, Ama is formed, which causes poor digestion and other gastrointestinal problems. The herb pittapapada helps to reduce vomiting by balancing the Pitta and Kapha doshas.
Gut Health
Strong digestive stimulant pittapapada. This herbal plant helps break down meals and stimulates the secretion of digestive fluids, which improves nutritional absorption. It also has qualities that stimulate hunger and improve flavor. Additionally, it aids in reducing cramping, bloating, gas, and distension in the abdomen. Pittapapada extract enhances gut health and is a wonderful natural treatment for a variety of digestive problems.
Remedies Diarrhoea
The main causes of diarrhea (also known as atisar in Ayurveda) include improper eating habits, dirty water, toxins, mental stress, and Agnimandya (weak digestive fire). All of these elements contribute to the Vatta dosha's deterioration, which causes loose, watery bowel movements or diarrhoea by bringing fluid from various body tissues to the colon and mixing it with feces. Thanks to Pittapapada's Grahi (absorbent) quality, which helps manage diarrhea, absorbs excessive water loss, and reduces the frequency of loose stools.
Promotes Appetite
Poor digestion (Mand Agni) results in insufficient assimilation of the food consumed, which causes the production of Ama (toxic leftovers in the body). Anorexia or loss of appetite (Aruchi in Ayurveda) eventually results from this. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas become unbalanced as a result of this disorder. Pittapapada is a potent ayurvedic remedy with a Pitta-Kapha pacifying effect that aids in treating anorexia. Additionally, this herbal remedy prevents the development of Ama and improves taste perception according to its Rochaka (taste-improving) characteristic, which also contributes to boosting appetite.
Heals Insect Bite
According to legend, Pittapapada has Sita (cold) characteristics that can be used to soothe an insect bite and lessen discomfort, swelling, and irritation.
