That is the reason why IndianjadiBooti offers a 24 hours replacement policy to all its customers who get disappointed with the services or the results in one way or the other. The customer needs to raise the request with our Customer Service Team on 09871410259 with complete details within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).

Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the VASify Mobile Media Pvt Ltd on the IndianJadiBooti website. A return can be requested by a customer when any wrong item is received. In this case, we will replace the wrong product with the actual product.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer makes a wrong purchase, VASify Mobile Media Pvt Ltd shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following RULES apply to this Policy:

1.    In the case of any wrong product, the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is expected to ship the product to our warehouse and we will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s choice as soon as we get the product back, but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

2.    All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

3.    In the event the VASify Mobile Media Pvt Ltd accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.

4.    Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of VASify Mobile Media Pvt Ltd.

Note:

·         The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address at the time of checkout, VASify Mobile Media Pvt Ltd is not liable for any refund.

·         All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.

·         The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refund will be credited to the same account by which payment was done.

·         Images display along with Products are only for general information purpose and can slightly differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color.


How long will it take to process my cancellation request?


Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, you cannot cancel the order in between. However, you would be eligible to return the item to us.


Cancellation Charges

8% of the paid amount would be deducted as Cancellation charges while refunding the amount as part of our Payment Gateway charges, and Processing Cost.

In case the product has already been shipped, then the Courier Cost of Rs 80 per 500 Grams would be charged from Customer over and above the other overhead Costs.
