White turmeric, mango ginger, and kachhi haldi (raw turmeric) are some of the common names for ambahaldi (Curcuma Amada).
The ingredient that is needed to prepare white turmeric is the plant's root, Curcuma zedoaria.
The plant curcuma longa, popularly referred to as golden turmeric or Haldi, grows in profusion all throughout the Indian subcontinent.
Its colour is orange on the interior and brownish yellow on the outside due to the high curcumin concentration. It is a fundamental spice in regular Indian cooking.
Compared to yellow turmeric, Ambha Haldi is brighter in colour and tastes bitterer. The amba haldi leaves less of a stain than the yellow haldi, which is the main difference between the two.
For instance, use 2 tablespoons, Multani Mati (clay), rosewater, or milk to produce a smooth paste. Apply to the face, then wait 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse well in warm water. It can also be mixed with water to make a paste.
For hair :
apply Amba Haldi paste to the scalp after mixing it with water and/or other oils. Then, wash it off with shampoo or water.

Mix 2 to 3 spoons of Amba Haldi Turmeric in a glass of warm milk. Consume it once every day. It will resolve all issues related to indigestion and low appetite with-in a week.
