How to Use: Chia seeds can be added to smoothies juices as a whole or Powder. It can be mixed into yogurt or oatmeal.You can sprinkle those on top of a salad. You can also add seeds to your drink, or kheer, or oatmeal. In wet dishes, they'll swell up to some extent, but they will maintain a slight crunch.
